Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6600 CPU Temperature CPU 51 Degrees?

Hi There. What working temerature is acceptable for my CPU?
right now my temp is as follow :

Temperatures:
Motherboard 52 °C (126 °F)
CPU 51 °C (124 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #1 54 °C (129 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #2 54 °C (129 °F)
GPU 34 °C (93 °F)
GPU Diode 41 °C (106 °F)
GPU Memory 34 °C (93 °F)
GPU Ambient 36 °C (97 °F)
WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0 55 °C (131 °F)
WDC WD2500KS-00MJB0 54 °C (129 °F)
WDC WD360ADFD-00NLR1 47 °C (117 °F)

Is this good?
 
Idle or load?

Idle - ... high, I say get some AS5, an aftermarket heatsink... Make sure you applied thermal paste and the heatsink is not loose.

Load - Seems like an good temp...

hmmm yes Idle ... well my mouse also gets stuck abit when I move...I put a big fan face'ing motherboard and temperature went down 5 degrees :) .. at the moment I am on other computer typing this. The computer that I am having problems with I took apart now... took down the heatsenk and I am going to clean it and put some oil on it...

LOL I mean I will buy THEARMAL PASTE!)))

I put Paste now. Maybe Problem is with CPU colling fan speed? How to make CPU Cooling fan speen faster? Yesterday was 1,100 RPM , now is 870 RPM.
Can you give me advice?

Cooling Fans:
CPU 870 RPM
Chassis 1180 RPM
GPU 1283 RPM (50%)
 
You want idle temperatures to be more in the 40s, maybe even in the upper 30s. How did you install the paste?
 
Your temps seem realy realy high all round apart from the gpu. 52 C motherboard and 50 C's for your hard drives, thats NUTS. How good is airflow in your system and how many fans have you got and in what position?
 
your GPU temp looks good but i wouldnt be happy with the rest of your temps....

maybe you need more airflow into your case?

800RPM is low, go to BIOS (F10 F1 Del whatever) and disable SMART fan or Cool n quiet.

1. Stock fan?

2. How much thermal paste?

3. Any dust clogs in fan?
