paid $269 on the 1st of this month
newegg really has this habbit of posting lower prices soon after i make a purchase. happened with some memory i bought also.

Well, i paid quite a bit for my Q9450 just over a year ago... so you can tell how mad it makes me(my chip could go alot further, stupid fsb doesnt like to be over 500 though
)

i know you guys are trying to make me feel not as bad, but:
this was two weeks ago! just two weeks that i forked over $40 more for this cpu. what makes it even worse, is that i didn't need it right away. i'm building a new system and wanted to use the old e8400, so i figured the q9550 would be a good replacement. turns out i had to rma the memory because it's defective and now i still haven't finished my other build. i'm so right now!
im glad i don't work with animals, just saying.
