I herd they are better than AMD, so I will believe this, and i'm wondering is it possible for someone to make an Intel build for me, with a budget of around 350-380 in mind, i will use it for mild gaming like COD, and Civ, and BF... Thank You in Advance..

You won't get many(if any) top title games in Linux anyway.

for someone who does mostly web browsing, internet, typing etc. I would actually recommend linux, ubuntu to be exact. Plus linux would run much better on a budget system than windows would and on top of it why waste money on an os when linux will at the very least suffice, personally I enjoy my ubuntu.

I already Have an OS, and I wish i could use Ubuntu, but it won't connect to the internet..

Intel are better for gaming
AMD are good for everything but they are not as high performing as intel.

Ubuntu and all other Linuxes connect to the Internet, yes they do! I'm using Linux right now.
