I'm saying that it wouldn't be very hard to oc it to 2.4, even with less than ideal components. Going past the 3.0ghz mark may give alittle trouble if you're not very good at overclocking.

Is amazon OEM or retail cpu?
Well, that makes sense, but it doesn't seem like thats what you were saying in the previous post.
Anyway, I was about to order from amazon, but I can't see if it comes with the fan and heatsink(retail) or if its just the OEM(no fan or heatsink) Can anybody see or know what it is? (Please dont buy them all)

Never mind. I think its Retail. I just ordered it. Thanks for all your help. . .but I'm not done. I'll be in the Mobo section pretty soon.
