Intel Mobo Memory Question

Ok so I have the D945PSN motherboard from intel.. I want to use it instead of buying a nice motherboard for the simple aim of saving some cash for the time being.

However, i'm wanting to do some overclocking, and naturally i've been reseraching memory timings, now here's my problem:

This board uses DDR2 (yay!) but... it says that the memory voltage is 1.8v
All of the DDR2 ram that i've looked at that have timings of 4-4-4 and below all use a memory voltage of between 1.9 and 2.2 volts. Does anyone know, or know where I can find out, if I can install ram that has a higher voltage requirement, and adjust the memory voltage in the bios, or am I stuck using memory that runs at 1.8v (which is value ram, timings of 5-5-5-10, everywhere I look.)

Thanks,

Anyone? Will the mobo scale back the voltage on high performance Ram, and run with 1.8v until I change it otherwise? Or will the computer just plain fail to boot up?
