I have a Intel Celeron A 1.1 GHz

can i upgrade that to anykind of Intel Processor or what computer runs slow got for free goings to start with processor

I don't fully understand your question but for the first part you can't upgrade to any processor.
All you can upgrade to is a processor of the same socket as your current one. And this is useless today.
So you're gonna have to buy a new system.
