Can some one explaine me when i use my os windows 10 and when i set me power managment to the
"energy savings" my tablet start working to slowly but my coolers are not working, but when i setup Win 11 when i try to set also this mode "energy savings my tablet is working good not slowly ,but my coolers start working... Can i setup this intel thermal wramerork driver from windows 10 to my windows 11 and return this power mode without working coolers... to win 11
My tablet is Porsche design book one

What's the difference in battery life? Seems like a different power profile parameter set as you have observed. Also depending on the device you may be able to control more specific parameters.
 
Possibly depends on the software. You should be able to import the win10 driver but it will likely give you the same behavior. You can try using the power saving power plan but it usually does the same functions as the battery saver function.

I wouldn't assume that bundled software gives you much value for parameters that you can modify. My laptop allows you to do specific fan curves and things but I feel like that's a different industry oriented product segment.

Worst case, w10 gives you about the same experience so it could be worth just running that.
