It's just a platform label, much link Centrino. If you take certain components and put them together with certain software they call it Viiv.

And it's not bad at all. I have an HP PC around here with Viiv technology. It's a great computer. I kept it for the office.

Nope, viiv was mainly on home PC's that were marketed for the entertainment group.
