Intel X58, WHat does it support?

Hey guys.

Im planning on getting a i7 build, but the thing is, im deciding, SLI or Crossfire.

Now i need to know now, cause im buying a card soon, and i have to decide, ATI 4870 1Gb or GTX 260 C216.

Now my question is, do the new X58 boeards support SLI AND crossfire, or do they support one or the other (depending on the board you buy)

The new X58 boards support both crossfire and sli.

And go with the 4870

thing is, i might get 2 4850s and crossfire them.

One reason being that they single slot, and ill have a place to put my network card (wifi card)

Im pretty sure you can based on the fact that they are both crossfire compatible.

I myself planned on getting a 4850 x2.
