i own a shop in LA and was wondering how i can advertise my shop on the internet thanks

First thing would be to add the right META tags to your site and then submit it to search engines.

Then, maybe you could go off and ask other sites if they'd make a link to your site or affiliate with them.

Just search on google. It'll yield you so many results..

If you want to be more specific.. use the search engine in your search..

like.. "how to add a site to google".. etc..

most of them are free... then like Elvellon said, as other sites that may be selling similar things like yours.. ask if they'll affiliate with you.. trade links.. traffic.. etc..
