Thats cool. i was thinking about starting to computer bank but just wondered. and to be fair it wouldnt be worth anyones while to get in my account. i'd need some money first of all. hahaha :D

I use online banking via Bank of America almost everyday. My parents have been using it since it started I believe, they have always been with BofA. There are several layers of protection when you login. A person would need to know my SS#, house alarm password, father's middle name, my first pet's name, and my site key password to login on another computer.

Agreed, I use internet banking daily, also without a problem. On a side note dont try to log in to your account with a hangover :P. My bank locked my account when i typed my password wrong 3 times :o. Had to spend an hour on the phone with them to get it working again.

Cool

wicked! well i'll try and not access it when ive had a few. nice one!!! :D

Also most banks ive seen offer fraud protection, so if someone does get into your account they will refund the money lost...so far my bank claims they have not had to because of there security.

haha i had a buddy that through out his credit card statement, and a bum was digging through the garbage and found it and just from his credit card # he bought so many porn and porno accessories. i think it was 6000 worth. (i dont know why he didnt buy things he needed lol) of course now theres more info needed than whats on a credit card statement, and this bum bought things through a phone and the credit card company actually traced his voice and he was sent to jail and the guiy got his money back. (well not back but the credit card company refuneded him)

If you have online banking you can opt to stop getting your statement in the mail. It is more secure this way as proven by the story above, the man who helped me setup my first account even recommended it.

every thing is hackable if the code is written by humans then its is hackable and i would worry to much its usualy business that they are after

They are doing Internet Post

In denmark the internet banking is really awesome and know they are going to start offering Internet post...

it works because you give them permission to scan your post and the set up an electronic mail box where you can download/read on line your mail.

Sounds really nice

it is highly suseptable to more traditional hacks, keyloggers, for example. If you running a wireless network for example you could introdure key logger easily.

But at the end of the day the risk is bore by the bank, and fraud on you account is reimbersed (eventually) by the bank as per the banking code.
