internet browser diverts to antivirus website

my head is done in..

every time i click on internet explorer i used to go to google, the only thing is now i get diverted to a website

"internet security"
pest trap etc...spy heal and all that other shit

i want rid of it its starting to get to me, ive looked at what my homepage and it says its still set too google??
