Internet Browsing problem

Are you connected via wifi or ethernet cable on this machine? I would need to see the logs from malwarebytes, adwcleaner and junkware removal tool.
 
I am connected via ethernet cable my wifi work perfect so is the computer I am using to access the forum is using ethernet cable. this is annoying.
 
Yeah sometimes it's just easier to reinstall windows instead of trying to figure out an issue like that.
