Internet connection fails "wireless connection"

Hi everyone,
Can anyone give me assistance about my wireless connection. Every time my wife log'e on the internet it will boot me off as well her.Once we have restarted our browser(Google chrome) seems everything is fine until she shut's down her browser and then it will kick me off again and I have to repeat the procedure. All is well if I am the only one using the wireless connection it is only when another user log's on. Someone enlighten me please.




I have a 2 wire setup using ATT ISP. I am running Windows 7

Restart your modem/router, you may need a new router or contact att for support. This usually a router issue that needs to be replaced.

Also you can try to renew your ipaddress via Command Prompt
Start > Run > Cmd > ipconfig -renew
