I'm having issues with my internet connection dropping. In Microsoft Outlook, it will give me the error that server is temporarily unavailable. In Internet, I get the error that I need to refresh my page. I then have to reboot my computer to use the internet or access email. I am using a cable modem and my provider advised me to renew my IP address, to which I get an error saying it is unable to repair IP address and to contact my administrator. They then stated it is a computer issue and not their issue. I have no virus, spyware, or malware that I can locate. I bought a new cable modem and still am having the same issue. Can anybody help me please? I have to reboot at least once a day and it's so annoying. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for all your help.
