Internet explorer 7 not working

Anyone know why every time I get on IE 7 I keep gettin a blank page with "IE cannot display your webpage"?

I can use Firefox no problem, but since yesterday IE not working at all!!:mad:

Should I remove IE completely, then reinstall?

Yes, it did the same thin with IE8, was told to remove 8, did that, still have the problem. Wondering if I should remove IE altogether and reinstall?
