Internet Explorer 7? Or should I switch?

Well, I just got the update from the windows update site for IE7. And I can tell you I don't really like it, I used to never get security warnings whenever I opened up a webpage. It's very annoying. So I was wondering, how does Firefox handle this? How much different is Firefox than IE7. I like my old version of IE..I knew where everything was, and I didn't have any weird security warnings.

That's because your settings are at the default. You have uncheck things like "warn about script errors", "changing from secure to nonsecure mode", and the rest of them through the interner options>security settings tab. Once in there you somply go through the four sections for internet, local internet, trusted sites, and restricted sites. While the default settings are a little higher in IE 7 then 6 they still are set the same way.

At first you may have to play around a little there with those to get them to stay where you want them. The new antiphising filter and a few other small changes that came along with IE 7 made it hard at first to actually lower the settings down from the defaults. Just don't lower them too much or...?
