Is it worth getting? I guess this is the new generation of microsoft trying to make sure you are only using there programs instead of things like Firefox and other non-microsoft products! So is it worth changing? I use Internet Explorer but live with people who use Firefox so is there anything new and improved worth downloading?
 
ie7 is a wanna-be firefox. i try to only use firefox but there are some sites that just dont work with it. ie7 has tabs and is really the only improvement. i found it very poorly laid out. but u can try it and always go back to ie6.
 
You won't get hit with half the trojans with the new antiphising filter that will actually block you from sites that copy trojans onto your system. I'm so glad I swapped to IE 7 and no problems running Firefox 2.0 at the same time. Do youself a favor and use the better IE simply to replace the too security vulnerable IE 6. You will see far less adware and other crap.
