Internet Explorer: opening multiple shortcuts

Hello all,
At work I use a desktop shortcut to 2 different webpage links... So then it is fast to open them up. But when I open one, then the other...the second link, it takes the window of the original... I would like it to take a new window. Any Ideas?

Hi

in IE, go in : tools >> options >> advanced
and search the line : "reuse window to launch shortcuts" or something like this (I'm french, my windows is in french...)
