Internet Failures

I just got called in to one of my biz clients place, the internet is failing but the LAN is still up. It went out about two weeks ago and I just had to reset the modem and router. The modem is a Westell 6100 and the router is a Linksys WRT54G, Verizon is the ISP. Anybody got any idea?

Have you set your router to allow your computer to access the internet?

Yeah, I have it working great now. It was working great yesterday, but this morning it was dead and Quickbooks couldn't locate its files.
