internet hosting?

I guess its I would be hosting internet. So the problem is: I have 3 computer connected to a router but only one has an internet connection (trough my phone). How can I let the other computers connect to the net through my computer? BTW my computer is running Vista HP, and one of the others is running XP and the other Vista HP also.

I have to ask, Do you know how to set IP addresses and subnet masks ?
Do you have DHCP enabled on the router?
