Internet Issue

I installed a new verison of Win Xp Home on my comp and the internet is really screwed up. It takes like 30 seconds for me to scroll to the bottom of the page, it feels so laggy. Its incredibly annoying.

It's only laggy when scrolling down.

I know its not my computer becuase I used the same disc on my familys computer and the same thing happened.

I have tried Firefox, Opera, and IE.

OoOo, very interesting, I will definitly look into that.


Update: If I have any window on my desktop and I drag it across the screen, it lags.

I will update my card drivers.
