Internet not working after going to SP3

Alright well, my internet has gone down on my other computer im working on. Windows XP Media Center, currently has SP2 and all the updates. When I installed SP3 everything went through nicely, no errors or anything, until I tryed checking windows updates right after and it said there was no internet connection. I did a system restore and not going back to SP3 until I get this figured out. Anyone have any idea why it would do that?
 
Sp3 is very buggy(what a surprise!!) you are not the only one having issues with it believe me!!!!
 
yeah i did a reboot and nothing, i have SP3 on two other of my systems and not one problem, only on the media center edition of windows, dont know if that has anything to do with it

Probably has!! ..... I had some issues a couple of years back with certain drivers , updates not quite working correctly in MCE, one of which resulted in loss of audio after installing a genuine automatic update from M$!!!:eek:
