Internet page problem

Hi,
My computer pages load up fast but when i go down the page it takes a while to go down.
Does any 1 know why this is?

i get that with some sites, annoying but i live with it. Wouldnt have a clue about it but im curious also.

i think the page just isnt fully loaded, but im no expert, that is just what mine does if i scroll before it says "done" in the bottom corner

at the bottom of the page it says done but it still dosent go down the page like it should normally

Maybe because there are images "pre-loaded" that needs to be refreshed.

i was using internet explorer but changed it to firefox to see if it made any differance
