Thinking bout buying a new mobile phone (cell phone) and want one that is fully capable of interfacing with my PC. Ideally Id like to be able to log into my PC from it and execute commands. Imagine if you could view your own web cam in real time through the phone. Is there any phone out there that makes this possible? Thanks.

You can get remote softwares for PDAs but for phones its quite rare. There is a working release of an ssh client for an Ericsson P800. Also VNC will be soon to follow.
