Internet Problem

Everytime i try to get onto a this one website i always get the text in the IE address bar;

res://C:\DOCUME~1\Steven\LOCALS~1\Temp\Bows.res/error.htm#http://beta.bangingtunes.com/

any idea how to sort this out?

2. Clear out your temp files and the problem should be gone C:\Docouments and Settings\Steven\Local Settings\Temp
3. Do a spyware check
