I got this in an email from a friend, does anyone have any idea what might be the problem here?
This just started to happen when I log on to the internet, it has been an ongoing thing when I bring up my Quick Books program.
When I click on the Juno icon I get a screen that says
1. "This program cannot display webpage........." and immediately get a message,
A little box that comes up and says "To connect to the world wide web using Juno, you neet to have micro internet explorer version 4.01 SP1 or higher installed on your computer." So I click on ok (note I have version 7.0)
2. Then I get a message that says
Line: 1
Char: 1
Error: object expected
Code: 0
URL: ress://leframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_weboc.htm
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? (giving me the option of yes or no)
I always click on YES
3. In the mean time the computer is dialing up but I usually get the above screen 2 to 3 times until the connection is actually completed. Once the connection is made everything works fine.
