Internet problems on Dell Inspiron 9300

Yes, I know, the computer is OLD. But, I have just restored windows, and this comp comes with intel proset wireless. When I try to open it, It says error loading plugins aplication will now close. When i searched for the program on my computer, all i found was an empty folder. And as for just connecting without the program, it just wont work
 
I used The CD for drivers after i restored and got everything but its still not working, it was working before i restored tho. I did an entire system restore ( all of windows xp)
