Hi,

I recently have been having a few problems with connecting to the internet when i input my password it bounces back saying it is wrong. Also when i log in it jumps to my other profile for no reason.

When im shutting down i sometimes get a file like dshsgjmghkfyssx is not responding, that is not its file name but is the same kind of idea as the program shuts off thus making it too quick to read.

My computer sometimes fails to shut down on the first or second attempt.

I have ran a AVG scan came up with nothing. I couldn't get the panda scan to work either.

I did run a scan on mwav? i think that's what it is call, it came up with a burst virus & commerical keylogger but when i scanned again they had disappeared. I had to turn my comp off so thats why i took no action the first time.

Can someone please look over my hijack log or help me find the problem

There is nothing showing in your log. If you meant VirusBurst, that is a SmitFraud infection so lets check for that.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip to your Desktop.
Extract all the files to your Destop. A folder named SmitfraudFix will be created on your Desktop.


Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Post a copy of this log.

Reset your ActiveX security settings like so... Go to Internet Options > Security > Internet, press 'default level', then OK.
Now press "Custom Level."
In the ActiveX section, set the first two options ("Download signed and unsigned ActiveX controls) to 'prompt', and 'Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" to 'disable'.


Then see if you can run the Panda scan. If so, post the scan log.
 
i am getting this as panda scan is about to start

waol.exe - unable to locate component

this application has failed to start because PSKUTIL.DLL was not found. Reinstalling this application might fix this problem
