I do tech support for an ISP. Lately there have been a lot of people calling in saying their internet doesnt work after running Windows Update to IE7. I cant seem to figure out why Ive been trying to figure out why but I cant.
I have IE7 on my XP computer and have tried uninstalling and installing IE6 and updating to IE7 and it works for me. Im thinking because I didnt do XPs auto update. So I cant get it to do it on my computer I have XP pro so that may be too.
Has anyone encountered this problem if so do you know of any fix for this? I have just been telling people to restore it. Its been working but I dont like doing this.
