Internet randomly has limited access?

Hi. I used to have two routers in my house,and one of them always had an "limited internet access". The other one worked fine. I had to disable the one that worked fine.
So this one workes fine for about 15 minutes, then puff! There is that yellow exclamation mark. (I can connect on mobile. ) This randomly goes away and after 20 minutes,it comes back.
I tried to run Windows Network Diagnostic. Oh well,it couldn't help me.

Please help,this problem makes me REALLY frustrated.

What specific topology do you have them hooked up as? If you hook them both up on the outside/modem interface then they'll fight over the single WAN IP from your ISP.

Otherwise, a lot of times you can see that if you can't reach DNS. If DHCP is handing out a DNS reference that points to your router and it has problems with the service you can see that kind of behavior.
