Internet running slow....Hijack this log

I run windows XP home and my browser is firefox on dialup....my internet's been slower than usual lately and I've done spyware/virus removals....still no luck

While i agree with you, 'exec.exe' does appear to be associated with this program.But let's find out. Go to both links provided and upload the following files and let us know the results.

exec.exe is part of juno. I know this because ever since I've had juno, If Juno freezes or something I just pull the task manager up and end exec.exe to end juno.

How do I get rid of the other thing mentioned?
 
yeah i already tried that, it just sat here for about an hour and a half "loading"after I hit submit so I gave up....same with the 2nd link....
 
Okay. Sometimes they get so busy that happens. How bout some input from you. How is your system running now?.
 
It looks like you've done some tinkering with 'MSConfig'. Go back and 'Enable Everything' and reboot your computer and post a fresh 'HJT' log.
