what do you think is the best search engine with most advanced search commands?

i didnt find thread "what search engine do you use" so i write here..
Can someone please help me, i am trying to search the internet more effectivly because i can't find anything with google anymore(always the same things).. there are few advanced commands on google but when you are trying to be creative and lets say join "intitle" with "inbody" it fails.
So.. can someone point me to some forum about search engines (i cant find any good forum)
or tell me if there is some relatively easy to use open sorce search engine, or an engine that has many search commands that you can be creative with.

google and bing are both prity similar with results, duckduckgo is better, but i am trying to do a personalised search.

It's pretty ironic that you can't find a good search engine :)

I've always found whatever I needed on Google though...

It really just depends on what you're looking for. The OP post sounds more of a PEBKAC for combining commands but you should be able to parse out your search string to narrow your results more specifically.

i just want a search engine that lets me search the web creativly..
i dont understand why google offers search command "intitle" and doesnt let you combine it with "intext"...
for example: i want to search titles that have the words "battery" and "test" and in text that are under this titles i want to have words "note, 4 and sony".
It is imposible to do that with google..
it doesnt even do exactly what you ask it if you type command intitle, it sometimes gives all the words sometimes just some of the words in titles...

this search engine is not the same as google, yahoo, bing,...
i dont even know exactly what it does, but you cant search the whole internet..
