Internet Speed Monitor Adware Infection. HELP

Hi guys just hoping somebody can help me out here. I've got an Adware infection and I can't get rid of it. I've tried to remove it with Ca Anti-Spyware and Spybot Search and Destroy. This is the little booger that is giving me the headache. Internet Speed Monitor Adware, File name getmodule, File location hkey_users\ cahive. Can any of you identify this and help me remove it

Try malwarebytes anti-malware. Seems to work well at getting rid of viruses/ad-ware/ect. that other programs aren't able to.

How is the computer running currently?

Slower then usually i assume.
