I'm using DSL yesterday it was running great downloads at 100 mbps now it's 46 mpbs why?? Also i rebooted computer 3 days ago so it's not dirty junky etc..
idk why? suggestions?

busy hours is one. (bottleneck with provider).
try shutting down the virus program on a temp basis. im using Kaspersky internet security. had this problem. family posted 100's of pictures. tried downloading and was slow. stopped virus for one hour and continued the download. picked up dramatically for me.
