Hello, I've tested my speed on speedtest.net and although it gives different results the average is about 20 mbps up and 20 mbps down, now when I download a game from f.x steam, it only downloads with about 4 mbps, so my question is why is there such a big difference from how fast it tells me it is and how fast it actually downloads?

The difference is because speedtest.net measures your speed in Mbps, while actual downloads and uploads are measured in MBps. 20Mbps = 2.5MBps.
