Internet tv?

Take a look at this and tell me what you think it is? In the add it says you dont need a tv tuner card so how would it work? Do you think he mails you software or is it a scam where he mails you a list of free internet tv links or something?

Its a program that allows you to access TV stations via the internet, they have some free programs that allow you to do the same thing, but you dont get as many channels.

and remember it will have to stream over the internet, so either the quality will be crap, or it will require huuuge amounts of bandwidth, i would just go with a TV tuner if you want tv on your pc

The TV is pretty crappy, only 1 or 2 channels looked ok, the rest were very poor quality.
