internet very slow all of sudden

okay all of a sudden the internet on all the computers in my house have gone verry slow it takes forever to load the one webpage could it be bigpond? how do i find out what is causing this

What?

That is incorrect and if you do go over your usage limit they may or may not contact you with regard to this.

What they usually do is charge a higher rate so be aware.

How many users are on the bandwidth?

oh ok... soz bout that... thats wat happens to me, wen i go over my limit i dont get contacted at all, we just go to dial up speed...

but i have been having a similar problem... i havent gone over my limit and i got slow internet... but i think that its cause of my modem, and i gotta get a new one :/
