Why can't I download television quality video from the internet. When home video is uploaded on to the computer it's decent quality. What's the technical problem and is anyone working on it?
 
It is bcoz of bandwidth issue

More the clear video more will be the size
And it will waste more bandwidth

So in order to save bandwidth they reduce the quality when uploading on internet
 
your monitor operates at a different rezolution than TV. if you watch native TV rez on a CRT/LCD it will look some what distorted. that is if you get good quality video.
