Internet - When you press a link is there anyway you can make it pop up inotherwindow

I am on this website and i am trying to watch something but it is all in parts
so i click part1 and usually it pops up with a media player box with the vid. But now its just saying like example:javascript:smallpop('/video/6/15/Part-1.html')
in the html box thing and nothing is loading it just says done and leaves it at that

Go to Tools>Options>Tabs. Click the button that says open in new tab or something like that
