I have Windows 7 and a i5 4690 computer with 100 megs for Internet. I did a Full virus scan last night and nothing was found. However my Internet sucks. It's always saying this page isn't working or it take a long time to get on a site or move around the site in other word my Internet is not good and I check it for speed and it's ok and I have Exporter 11 so maybe my router that COX gave me is crap which it most likely it or there is something wrong with my computer?

Try changing your DNS to another destination like Google at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

If that helps on your PC then you can change the setting on your router to propagate that in DHCP to all of your network hosts.

Can you elaborate? How, and instruction?

I feel so stupid because I'm old and haven't kept up with anything and I use to work as an MIS manage but that was 15 years ago so how can I get to the "Internet Protocol Version"?

You don't need the static IP portion but just the DNS portion.

I forgot that I don't have Chrome so would it be a good idea to have Chrome which might make it a little better?

Using firefox or chrome may help. If not then its definitely a pc issue.
