having some problems with my internet, it just went down outta no where, i called Verizon but of course no 1 has any idea wtf their talking about, there was this 1 guy that helped me alot, and got my problem solved, he told me 2 type my IP address or w.e into the address bar, and it brought up the Westell site, my Verizon modem, and i had 2 make a new connection or something, i called verizon like 3 times 2nite, and got the same lady , jsut tired of verizon 2nite, does anybody know what i have 2 do on that site? i forget, thanks 4 any help..



p.s right now i think im using my neighbors internet lol..

If typing in your IP address works, it sounds like the DNS servers are acting up. Try a different server.

well the address i have 2 type in is my Gateway address, then i have 2 make a new connection, set it all up and w.e, then it works..

nevermind, got it fixed, dunno what was up, i clicked View Wireless Networks, seen mine in there, clicked Connect, and it worked..

sounded like your internet bridged another connection line glad u got it fixed
