Ip address question

Hi i was wodnering why does a website show a different ip address for like the whatismyipaddress.com website than the ipv4 address that is currently shown?, are they 2 seperate things, since ipv4 is showing a different one, while accessing the site it is showing me one that is not the same as the ipv4 one, it's different.

You are probably seeing your internal ip address that you get from your router. The rest of the internet sees your actual ip address you get from your internet provider.
