I was recently blocked from my forum from my irate webmaster. To counteracte this I had my ip blocked with hide ip platinum softeware. Apperently this worked for a wile now they found someohter way to identify me. Does anyone know what other method they may have and how I can overcome this? Would deletening and reloading my MSIE help? I think it has something to do with cookies but not quite sure.

As heyman said, your "outside IP" has been blocked, not the internal one such as 192.169.0.1.

Just to make what he said easier, you need to use a different computer not connected to your modem (not just another PC in your house), proxy, or change your WAN IP.
 
if you call your ISP and ask very nicely, they may assign you a new ip :)

just tell them you've received attacks against your network

I can change my IP. I logon through remote sites usually i Saudi Arabia or China. I get a deifferent IP anytime I want. I changed my Ip about 5 times and was managed to logon . Each time they blocked t so I would logon with new IP Address. Now that doesent work either. I remember Them saying when
you log for the first time your given acookie that identifies you and unless you delet it your still identifiable. I tried deleting cookies and files through Internet Options but doesnt work either???what gives
 
we dont talk about proxies here it says so very clearly in the rules

sorry, maybe try asking in a more tiny underhand forum that specialise in doing very antisocial and annoying things like, this such as this one (remove the spaces)
