hi everyone-
i have a few questions. can someone just not have an ip or do you need one to search the web. would someone be able to change their ip and everything would continue to run smoothly?

any system connected to the internet or any network for that matter needs an IP adress in order to be connected to the network.

why dont u wanna have an ip?
there are some programs that can hide ur real ip but they are not good for average users because it delays the connection somehow and needs user's attention
