IP tracing

I apologise if this is a stupid question but I don't really know a lot about this sort of thing...

If I'm using someone else's wireless internet (at their house, with permission!) and they traced my ip address... would they be able to see all the websites I'd ever been on or just the ones I was on while I was there?

The only thing they would be able to see is that someone they don't know is connected to their router. It would look something like this:

If you're concerned about privacy then i would use Hotspot Shield. (it's a free VPN program)

The only downside is that it has ads and pop-ups (nothing bad like malware/porn or sutff. just ads for the provider) and it will slow you down a bit.
