iPhone help

So I have a iPhone, not 4g, 3g and I actaully am finally loading music on it, I know pretty bad how I'm just doing that now. Well I know when you plug the phone into your itunes theres a spot for ringtones, I was wondering can I take my music from my music folder and add that to my ringtones to use that as a ringtone?

Yes you can but it will only create a 30 second ringtone.

This is great..But does it have to be jailbroken first? Because that's what I am told..

no it is easyer if it is jailbroken but you can you have to create the ringtone though

i do alot off messing around with my jailbreak on my ipod touch and iphone it can do alot for your iphone i would consider jailbreaking it anyway :-D

Yes you can but it will only create a 30 second ringtone.

It's a ringtone, your phone usually doesn't ring that long anyways.

nope doesnt need to be jailbroken. but i always jailbreak my iphones
