iPod stuck pixels...

So I borrowed my dad's iPod yesterday, and true to form, i have managed to give it a patch of stuck pixels. Probably from putting excess pressure on the screen at some point in time.
Now i have searched google and people are telling me all different ways of getting rid of them.

Can someone please tell me what actually works?
I think it is an iPod Video 30gb 5th Gen.

I have tried applying pressure to the screen with my finger as i have done to my lcd screen. but that seems to make it worse.

Taking it to an apple store is pretty much not possible.

So please give me any ideas of what I can do?

Thankyou

Im not sure whether it is or not.
And they are stuck not dead so it should be possible to fix them.

I have tried running some jscreenfix video thing... but that doesnt appear to help.
I really dont want to press down on it because that usually makes it worse.

Do i have any other options?

I can now confirm that it is not under warranty.
So do I have any options? If i take it to an Apple store, which will be very hard, can I pay them to fix it up? And would it cost much?

Theres no way id get a new iPod. its not even that bad.. like maybe about the size of your little fingerprint. However its definately noticable.

go to rapidrepairs.com, they sell new screens i know, all that really is, is opening the ipod, and swapping out the screens(i don't know if the cable needs to soldered or not) but, it is a ribbon cable that needs to be replaced

Im not gonna bother replacing the screen. Its not worth it for just the small blotch of stuck pixels.

Google stuck pixel fix for ipod, it should be a video file that flashes rapidly that can, likely un "stick" the pixels. I'm running one on my iphone now, it has two very un-noticeable stuck pixels :P

It didn't for me either :(

But, i only have two, you can only see them on a pitch black screen. almost makes me wonder if they are "stuck".... but who am i kidding? :P
