Iriver disconnected????

[HELP_ME]

i have had my mp3 player for over a year now and i just recently wanted to add some songs but everytime i try to connect it to the computer it doesnt not detect it. nothing shows up in the "safely remove hardware" window and the software always says diconnected. what's causing this?

Try closing windows media player and plugging it in again, worked for me.
