Doesent matter how much memory you have aslong as you have atleast 512mb for a computer to run smoothly. What will you be using it for anyway?

mmm if you game i say get faster ram,and more than 2gb.

Look into getting a 4gb kit of DDR2 800Mhz or 1066 (2x2gb sticks)

I second that memory. A buddy of mine runs that. Its great memory for the price.
